Product Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for a 100% replacement if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, such as:
    • Broken edge guard around the paddle
    • Broken paddle handle
    • Scratched, dented, or uneven paddle surface
    • Missing paddle accessories
    • Missing Facolos authentication label or anti-counterfeit seal
  • The product was damaged or scratched during shipping
  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchange Requirements

To process an exchange, please provide:

  • A video of the unboxing recorded within 48 hours of receiving the package (or contact Facolos for special support).
  • A video of the repackaging process when returning the product.
  • The original packaging and invoice, ensuring the product is not physically damaged (scratched, broken, or chipped due to external force).

Exchange Process & Shipping

  • Once Facolos receives your returned package, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Facolos covers all shipping costs related to the exchange.
