Product Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for a 100% replacement if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect, such as:
- Broken edge guard around the paddle
- Broken paddle handle
- Scratched, dented, or uneven paddle surface
- Missing paddle accessories
- Missing Facolos authentication label or anti-counterfeit seal
- The product was damaged or scratched during shipping
- The wrong product was delivered
Exchange Requirements
To process an exchange, please provide:
- A video of the unboxing recorded within 48 hours of receiving the package (or contact Facolos for special support).
- A video of the repackaging process when returning the product.
- The original packaging and invoice, ensuring the product is not physically damaged (scratched, broken, or chipped due to external force).
Exchange Process & Shipping
- Once Facolos receives your returned package, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
- Facolos covers all shipping costs related to the exchange.
